Refund policy

Our products are made from individual and unique textiles, so natural signs of ageing, patching and mending are part of their charm. These features are clearly shown in our photos and descriptions and ARE NOT faults.

This policy is in addition to your UK statutory rights.

Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Return the item within a further 7 days 

  • Items must be unused, unworn and in original condition

Return Postage

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs (unless an item is faulty or not as described)

  • Please use a tracked service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processed within 5 working days of receiving the return

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or not as described
